The extensive skiing region Hochfügen/Hochzillertal is one of the most advanced skiing resorts in Zillertal and offers you skiing pleasure up to an altitude of 2500m

Rope way: 8.15 – 16.00 pm – ski lifts and chair lifts; ski season is open until 18.4.2010; 166 km of snow safe and best prepared slopes (37 blue, 92 red, 37 black slopes); 8 km valley run – completely illuinated, mantained and covered with artificial snow – Stephan Eberharter gold pist.
Spieljochbahn Fügen:
If you prefer things a little quieter you will appreciate the slopes in Spieljoch. Pure family vaccation. A little smaller, more quiet, just more family friendly. Additionally you can make use of the mantained hiking trails (weekly guided tours organised by the tourist agency) and a lot more leisure facilities like the fun thermal baths in Fügen will provide you will the desired variety.

Benefit from the Zillertaler Superskipass which guarantees you a free ride on the more than 500 km of slopes in the whole valley. The free ski buses will bring you everywhere and you can easily leave your car back at the hotel. The glacier in Hintertux is only 30m away from Ried which means that you can ski or board all year round if you want to.

For those who are seeking a bit more action the ski resort offers a unique funpark right beside the "Sunjet" lift as well as a natural halfpipe. Make your choice for one of the numerous unprepared ski routes – a dream for every passionate skier, carver or snowboarder.
In direct vicinity you will also find a natural tobbogan run, cross country tracks starting directly beside the hotel, a beginners ski lift and a ski rental.
